Returns & Refund Policy - the basics

At .308 Coffee Co., we are a small, disabled veteran-owned business dedicated to providing you with quality products and great service. Because we operate strictly online, all orders are placed through our website and fulfilled by a trusted third-party partner. We do not keep stock or inventory on site. Please Be Mindful When Purchasing :)


Each order is prepared and shipped specifically for you once it's placed. As a small business, we kindly ask that you double-check your order details before checking out, as this helps us keep costs fair and our operations running smoothly.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@308coffeeco.com. Please be sure to include your order number and photo(s) of the item(s) in questions. Approved returns or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Perishable Items (e.g., Coffee):
Due to the nature of perishable goods, all sales of coffee and other food products are final. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
