At the heart of .308 Coffee Co. is a simple idea: coffee should bring people together.

Founded by Tom, a proud veteran, and Becca, a lifelong community-builder, our company started with a shared love for great coffee and a desire to create something fun, local and meaningful.  We didn't set out to build a big corporate brand - we wanted to bring a small-town coffee company to you! From collaborating with local businesses to showing up at events, our mission is to give our neighbors a coffee brand they can call their own.

After his time in the military, Tom carried with him a strong sense of purpose, discipline, and camaraderie.  Coffee has always been part of that daily ritual - a source of energy, comfort and connection.  With Becca's creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, the idea of .308 Coffee Co. was born.
